Every "action RPG" reaches this point - the developers stop working on interesting gameplay and events, instead focusing on new gear and expensive packages. You can always tell when they lose steam, because events become nothing more than daily check-ins and the quality updates dry up.
To be fair, this one lasted longer than most Ive played, and they did a good job up front. It took them over a year before they gave up and let it become an imbalanced mess of bugs and broken mechanics.
The only reason to play this game is if youre already invested. Otherwise, steer clear and find a better, longer lasting way to have fun.
